HVLS ceiling fans, tube axial fans, centrifugal blowers, pivot social fans, profile axial impellers, roof extractors, and air handling units. Engineered with trusted global partners, delivered from Pune.
High Volume Low Speed fans are the most energy-efficient way to circulate large volumes of air in expansive spaces. Operating at low rotational speed with large-diameter blades, they create a gentle, consistent column of air movement that covers areas conventional fans simply cannot reach.
Crystal HVLS fans are available from 8ft to 24ft diameter, with Direct Drive or Gear Reducer AC motor configurations to suit every installation requirement.

Our tube axial fans are industrial-grade ventilation units built around precision impellers, housed in a cylindrical flanged casing with an integrated motor assembly. They are designed for targeted, high-performance airflow in demanding industrial environments.
Crystal sources its axial impellers through a formal agreement with HW Ventilation Italy since 2015, giving our customers access to European-grade precision engineering at competitive Indian pricing.
Every core part of our axial fan systems is available to purchase on its own — for OEM builds, retrofits, replacements, or custom assemblies. Single units and bulk orders are both welcomed.

Centrifugal fans accelerate airflow radially through an enclosed casing, producing higher static pressure than axial fans of comparable diameter. They are the workhorses of ducted ventilation, process exhaust, dust handling, and high-pressure industrial applications where conventional axial fans cannot deliver the required pressure rise.
Crystal supplies industrial centrifugal fans and blowers through a curated network of manufacturing partners, allowing us to match the specific airflow, pressure, and material requirements of your application.
Pivot social fans deliver targeted, oscillating airflow exactly where ceiling installation is impractical or undesirable. Wall and column-mounted, with 160° of horizontal oscillation, they cover wide social zones with focused air movement.
Ideal for retail concourses, hotel banquet spaces, restaurants, and any large gathering area where occupant comfort is paramount.
Profile axial impellers are precision-engineered rotors at the heart of every axial fan — purpose-built with airfoil or sickle blade profiles bonded to a lightweight aluminium alloy hub. Crystal supplies the complete HasconWing® range from HW Ventilation Italy as standalone components for OEM, retrofit, and aftermarket buyers.
Each impeller is selected against the airflow, static pressure, rotation speed, noise target, and operating temperature of the parent system. Blade material, pitch type, and blade count are configured to suit applications from compressor cooling and engine radiators to ATEX environments and large industrial ventilators.
The cylindrical housing that holds the impeller assembly is one of the most under-specified parts of an axial fan — yet it directly determines structural integrity, flange seal, and ease of installation. Crystal manufactures flanged casings in-house using a tube flanging process from a single sheet of metal, producing a one-piece form that is mechanically stronger than welded equivalents.
Casings are sized to your impeller diameter, motor stator, and mounting interface. Standard diameters and bespoke dimensions are both fabricated to order, with bolt patterns matched to the parent installation.
Finger guards are the wire-form safety mesh fitted to the inlet or outlet of every axial fan. They prevent accidental contact with the rotating impeller while preserving free airflow through the casing. Crystal fabricates finger guards in-house to match every standard axial diameter and to bespoke sizes on request.
Two configurations are available depending on the safety standard your installation has to meet: a single-wire guard for general industrial use, and a double-wire guard for higher-protection environments such as public-facing installations and occupied workspaces.
Roof-mounted extractors and motorized ventilators evacuate stale, hot, or contaminated air directly through the building envelope. Used in combination with low-level fresh-air intake, they create efficient natural and powered airflow patterns through industrial buildings.
Crystal supplies power-driven and gravity-assisted roof extractor units, available in both metal and impact-resistant plastic constructions, with motorized and free-running configurations.
Air Handling Units are the central conditioning hub of a built-up HVAC system. They combine filtration, heating, cooling, humidity control, and supply or return air movement into a single enclosure, sized and configured to match the building's load profile.
Crystal supplies AHUs through select manufacturing partners as part of integrated ventilation and HVAC projects. We handle specification, supply, integration, and commissioning so you get a single point of accountability across the full system.

Replace banks of conventional industrial fans with a single HVLS unit and see the impact on your annual energy bill, your CO2 footprint, and your equipment count.
How the math works — in plain terms.
Imagine a 10,000 sq ft workshop. To move enough air through it, you would typically need around 12 conventional pedestal fans (each one covers ~860 sq ft and pulls 0.18 kW). That is roughly 2.16 kW running continuously. One Crystal 16 ft HVLS fan covers the same space at just 1.0 kW — less than half the power, for better airflow.
Run that comparison for the hours and days you operate, multiply by your electricity rate, and you have your annual savings. We translate kWh into CO2 using India's grid average (0.72 kg CO2/kWh, Central Electricity Authority) and into trees using the EPA standard of 22 kg CO2 absorbed per mature tree per year. Numbers are directional — final savings depend on ceiling height, layout, and actual operating pattern.
