HVLS Ceiling Fans

High Volume Low Speed fans are the most energy-efficient way to circulate large volumes of air in expansive spaces. Operating at low rotational speed with large-diameter blades, they create a gentle, consistent column of air movement that covers areas conventional fans simply cannot reach.

Crystal HVLS fans are available from 8ft to 24ft diameter, with Direct Drive or Gear Reducer AC motor configurations to suit every installation requirement.

Centrifugal Fans

Centrifugal fans accelerate airflow radially through an enclosed casing, producing higher static pressure than axial fans of comparable diameter. They are the workhorses of ducted ventilation, process exhaust, dust handling, and high-pressure industrial applications where conventional axial fans cannot deliver the required pressure rise.

Pivot social fans deliver targeted, oscillating airflow exactly where ceiling installation is impractical or undesirable. Wall and column-mounted, with 160° of horizontal oscillation, they cover wide social zones with focused air movement.

Methodology: Calculation assumes conventional industrial pedestal fans at approximately 0.18 kW each covering 80 m² per unit, vs. a 24ft HVLS unit at 1.5 kW covering up to 2,060 m² (Crystal HVLS spec). CO₂ factor uses the India grid average of approximately 0.72 kg CO₂ per kWh (Central Electricity Authority). Tree equivalence based on 22 kg CO₂ sequestered per mature tree per year (US EPA / forestry standard). Lifetime savings projected across the 25-year product service life. Final savings depend on your facility profile and operating pattern; this is a directional estimate, not a guarantee.
